01Verify a certificate
Enter the verification code printed on the certificate (or scan its QR code). The check confirms issuer, date and status only.
02What verification confirms
- The certificate was generated inside QivoClinic by the named clinic and clinician
- The date, certificate type and issuing doctor match the record
- The document has not been altered since issue (cryptographic hash match)
- The certificate has not been revoked by the clinic
03What it does not show
No diagnosis, symptoms, prescriptions or other health information is displayed. Verification reveals only issuer, date, type and status, which protects patient privacy while allowing an employer or institution to trust the document.
04Reporting a suspected forgery
If a certificate fails verification or looks altered, contact the issuing clinic first. You can also report it to verify@qivoclinic.com; we will investigate with the clinic and, where appropriate, revoke the code.
05Data and privacy
Verification requests are logged (code, time, requester IP) for fraud prevention and retained for 6 months. See our Privacy Policy.
